CAUTION
Earth ground bonding conductor. Ensure that the green/yellow
wire is reconnected to this terminal.
12. Route the AC power cord through the refrigeration module.
Secure it in place with the bushing (Figure 5-12).
13. 230V/50 Hz Systems Only - Attach the 230V plug
adapter to the end ofthe power cord. Slide the piece of
plastic heat shrink tubing over the plugs. Then apply a
heat source of at least 80°C (176°F) to shrink the tubing.
14. Ensure that the control wiring runs through the notches in
the plastic refrigerator body. The wires are held in place by
a non-hardening putty (Permagum1), which also prevents
air flow between the refrigerator body and outside air.
If
necessary, reshape the putty to hold the wires and fill the
notches.
15. Slide the new module into place and secure it with the
mounting screws.

CAUTION
Mounting holes can be damaged by misaligning the threads or
over-tightening
the mounting screws. The refrigeration assem-
bly and back cover are secured by self-tapping
screws that
thread into the plastic body. Follow the instructions
below to
prevent damaging the mounting holes.
a. Insert the mounting screw into the hole.
b. With the screwdriver, apply light inward pressure on
the screw and turn it counter-clockwise (backwards).
c. While slowly turning the screw backwards, feel for the
screw to drop into the threads and immediately stop
turning. The screw's threads are now aligned with the
existing threads in the refrigerator body.
d. Turn the screw clockwise to tighten it. Torque the
screw to 1.8-2.0 Nm (16-18 in/lbs).
