STEP #2
INSTALLATION OF UPPER SIDE RAIL INTO
THE LOWER SIDE RAIL
STEP #2.1
Gently lay both Upper side rails on their
backs on a clean and non-abrasive surface.
STEP #2.2
Fasten the Minifix bolt through pre-installed
nuts underneath of Upper side rails. Please
see DETAIL B.
STEP #2.3
Remove the Minifix lock from the Minifix nut,
as in DETAIL C. Insert the Minifix nuts into
the holes on the Lower side rails, then use
a screwdriver to adjust the Minifix nuts to
make sure the hole on it is aligned with the
bore hole on the top of the Lower side rails
as in DETAIL D.
STEP #2.4
Align the Minifix bolt on the Upper side rails
into the Minifix nuts through the bore hole
on the top of the Lower side rails. Re-insert
the Minifix locks to secure the Minifix bolts
to the Minifix nuts, and the Upper side rails
will be fixed to the Lower side rails. See
DETAIL E.
NOTE: DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN
