STEP #1
LOWER SIDE RAIL, HEADBOARD AND FOOTBOARD ASSEMBLY
STEP #1.1
Bring the Headboard and Footboard into upright position.
NOTE:
On inside lower faces of Headboard and Footboard are
holes with pre-installed nuts for the wooden dowels to
pass through which correspond with pre-installed wooden
dowels on the Lower Side Rail (Left).
STEP #1.2
Fasten the threaded rod through pre-installed nuts on
Headboard and Footboard. Bring the Lower side rail (left)
up to the Headboard and insert the Threaded rods through
the holes. Once Lower side rail (left) are set, insert
Curved washers and Lock washers and fasten these with
Hexagonal nuts provided. Please see DETAIL A.
NOTE: DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN
STEP #1.3
Repeat the above procedure with the Lower side rail (right)
to attach it to the Headboard, and then repeat to connect
both Lower side rail to the Footboard.
HARDWARE FOR STEP #1:
THREADED ROD (M8X100MM) = 8 PCS
LOCK WASHER = 8 PCS

Curve Washer
Lock Washer
Hex Nut
HEX NUT = 8 PCS
