COM3/4 are only for RS485. The Pin assignments are as follows:

2.3.9 Remote Switch signal Connector

For the remote switch signal interface of the switch machine, the terminal of the motherboard coastline is
a 2-pin terminal. Table 2.10 for pin assignments.
