J1 Replacing the battery
1. Switch off UPS > > Press POWER ON/OFF button for 4 seconds. The display shows „off"
2. Disconnect mains
3. 2 Remove the 2 Phillips screws on the underside of the front panel and then pull the panel off towards
the front (4 locking lugs).
4. Lean the front panel against the side of the UPS
5. Loosen the screws on the slide, lift it up a little and pull it out
6. Unplug the red/black plug (above the battery, on the slide)
7. Loosen the hold-down from the battery
8. Replace the battery with a new one
8. When installing the new battery, ensure that the polarity is correct and attach the battery cable to the
slide.
