Missed Calls
• Incoming calls to your phone that you did not
answer
• Press the Callers soft key or press the Home
button to access Directories
Received Calls
• Incoming calls to your phone that you did answer
• Callers soft key or press the Home button to
access Directories
Placed Calls
• Outbound calls that you made
• Internal or external
• Callers soft key or press the Home button to
access Directories
Additional Detail
• Access call logs from your phone, toolbar or
Hosted VoIP End User Portal
• Access from Home  Directories
