To assign a name and extension to the Polycom VVX411, follow these steps using the line key assignment process:

1. Press a line key on the expansion module and select Assign.
2. Choose one of the following:
- Select Skype Search to find a contact in the Skype Directory.
- Select Contacts to choose a contact from your Contacts list.
3. Select the contact and press Assign. The contact’s name and extension will be assigned to the selected line key.

To confirm the assignment:
1. Go to Settings > Status > Line Key Information.
2. Press the assigned line key to view the name and line number.

This sets the name (contact) and extension (line number) to the selected key.
