Some uneven browning is normal. More even browning is generally achieved at
lower cooking space temperatures.

Saving energy

▸ Use residual heat: for longer cooking times, i.e. over 30 minutes, switch the appliance
off 5–10 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Exceptions: soufflé, sponge,
