Emptying the hot water tank
For emptying the hot water tank the siphon principle
applies. This can be done via the drain valve on the
cold water supply pipe or by placing a hose in the cold
water connection.
Emptying the heating system
To facilitate the servicing of the heating system, it
must first be emptied using the filling valve.
IMPORTANT
When emptying the side of the heating medium / heat-
ing system, remember that they may contain hot wa-
ter. There is a risk of burns.
1. Connect the hose to the external drain valve of
the system.
2. Then open the drain valve to empty the heating
system.
