Turn the power OFF. Check the supply voltage.
Turn the power OFF. Check the connection of the connector to
the operation panel and the cable.
Turn the power OFF. Check the connection of the connector to
the pedal and the cable.
Check whether the main shaft motor is locked by turning the
pulley. Check the connection encoder cable and motor power
cable to the connectors.
Check whether the supply voltage is normal. Check whether
the sewing speed is set extremely high.
Turn the power OFF. Check the connection of the motor
encoder cable to the connector.
Turn the power OFF. Check the connection of the motor
encoder cable to the connector.
Raise the machine head. Then, turn the power OFF and re-turn
the power ON. Check whether the machine head tilt switch has
broken.
Turn the power OFF. Check the connection of the main shaft
motor encoder cable and motor power cable to the connectors.
Turn the power OFF. Check whether the presser motor is
locked. Check the connection of the presser motor to the
connector.
Turn the power OFF. Check whether the presser motor is
locked. Check the connection of the presser motor to the
connector.
Turn the power OFF. Check whether the presser motor is
locked. Check the connection of the presser motor and origin
sensor to the connectors.
Turn the power OFF. Change the panel PCB with a new one.
Carry out maintenance for replenishing the grease. Then, reset
the error (to clear N15).
