File Menu

Description
Downloads the latest settings from
the printer.
Loads the latest PPD file.

Utilities Menu

Description
Only available if printer is on an
AppleTalk network.
Allows a file to be loaded into the
printer.
Displays the current font list loaded
into the printer.
This will erase the hard drive and
cause the printer to rebuild the
directory structures automatically.
Unavailable - This function is not
supported for a non-kanji printer.
Allows the creation and loading of
Gamma Adjustment Profiles.
