Please note the following descriptions for the respec- tive model. 5.3.1.1 Suctioning the machine room of the CTU 1x3x If there is an air extraction system at the installation location, this can be attached to the connection on the rear side of the CTU.

This means that it is necessary to start up and shut down the extraction unit. The procedure for switching the extrac- tion unit on and off properly is described below.

6 | Operation HYDAC FILTER SYSTEMS GMBH 6.3.2 Running Flushing of inner chamber Flush the inner chamber /analysis chamber in a defined manner using the Flushing of inner chamber operating mode. This operat- ing mode always precedes a sampling to determine the negative control value.
HYDAC FILTER SYSTEMS GMBH Operation | 6 6.3.3 Ultrasonic extraction (optional) The principle of ultrasonic effect is the conversion of the electrical energy generated by the high-frequency generator into mechanical vibrations by means of the ultrasonic vibration systems. The vibrations transmitted to the test liquid cause microscopic cav- ities to be formed constantly, which then always implode.

This value represents the sum of all impurities not originat- ing from the component and is therefore of significant importance.

Air extraction is per- formed by means of this port in the analysis room. Air extraction has been described in volume VDA19-1 since 2015.
