The coffee spouts and their respective output terminals are located on the front side of the machine.
Turn on the machine by pressing the general power switch (ref. K) located on the right front side of the
machine. Set the switch to position 1 to activate the coffee brewing unit and the cup warmer. In order to also
use the boiler to produce steam and hot water, set the switch to position 2. It is possible to decide which
individual components to switch on: left coffee group and/or right coffee group using the relative switches
(ref. E) after selecting position 1 of the general power switch (ref. K); steam and hot water delivery boiler using
position 2 of the general power switch (ref. K).
Press one or both of the coffee group ignition switches (ref. E). As soon as they are switched on, the
coffee groups start heating up quickly. Wait about two minutes until the coffee groups reach the ideal
operating temperature and are ready for use.
Once these two minutes have elapsed, operate one or both of the pod-press levers (ref. F), lifting them
upwards as indicated by arrow 1. Insert a pod in one of the appropriate seats and gently lower the lever
until it clicks into place, as indicated by arrow 2.
Place a cup under the coffee spout (ref. B) where the pod has been inserted and press one of the two
corresponding keys (short coffee or long coffee) on the respective control panel (ref. D). For example, if
you want to make a short coffee using spout B1, press key 0 on the left-hand switch panel:
COFFEE SPOUTS (REF. B)
While the machine is dispensing coffee, do not touch the spouts and do
not expose yourface to the hot parts of the machine (danger of burns). The
heating surfaces of the machine are subject to residual heat even after use!
