PROBLEM
Insufficient or impossible

have been switched on for
several minutes
The "cream" is not enough
or missing at all
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Lack of mains pressure
Grinding too fine
Cold ceramic cups
Faulty heating system
Grinding too coarse
Coffee not fresh
SOLUTION
Check the water network.
Use a new pod. Contact
coffee pod Supplier.
Preheat the cups with hot
water or put them on the cup
warmer. Alternatively, use
disposable cups.
