The ADSP-BF706 EZ-KIT Mini supports shield use through connectors

boards. The connectors are not provided, but can be purchased online.
The connectors are standard 0.1" stackable headers that allow for more
than one shield to be attached. Signal output from the Arduino Uno R3
board is buffered on the ADSP-BF706 EZ-KIT Mini to ensure that the
voltage level is tolerant with the ADSP-BF706 processor. Output signals
from the ADSP-BF706 processor drive at 3.3V to connectors
