Setting up summary
Before a new TV80 system can provide any information you must set it up. You
must first install the software. In order to add one or more catch monitoring sensors
to your system, you must first connect the necessary receiver unit(s), and define the
communication parameters. Finally, you must set up the communication parameters for
your navigation sensors.
Prerequisites
• All system units have been installed.
• All cable connections have been made and checked.
• All system units have been inspected.
• The operational software is available.
• The software license is available.
Procedure

Do the following preparations.
a
Turn on the computer.

Make sure that you have administrative rights.
c
Switch off any firewall applications.

Open the operating systems's Network and Sharing Center, and set the IP
address for the network adapter used to communicate with the transceiver.
