Troubleshooting

Problem
Possible cause
The Sound M does not
1� Protective film not removed�
respond to the remote
2� The battery is empty �
control�
No sound�
1� Sound format of the source device selected is
incorrectly� Dolby Atmos and DTS-HD streams
can not be played back�
2� There is no signal from the player (the
volume control might be set to "zero" and must
be increased)�
3� Cable not connected correctly / defective cable�
Sound reproduction
1� Volume of the Sound M or the source device is
too soft�
set too low�
2� The max� possible volume was limited by means
Sound M does not turn
Mains cable not connected to power outlet
on�
and / or Sound M�
of the "Volume" function (VOL)�
Solution
1� Remove the protective film on the remote control�
2� Replace the battery, make sure the polarity is
correct when inserting�
1� Please check the correct setting of your source device�
Choose an audio format that is supported by the Sound M�
2� Unlock the digital output on the source device and/or increa-
se the volume (please refer to the manual of the device)�
3�1� Check the connection between the player and the Soundbar
and replace the cable if necessary�
3�2� Make sure that the protective caps on the connectors
of the optical cable are removed�
1� Increase the volume with the "Volume" button�
Increase the volume of the source device�
2� Increase the max� possible volume according
to instructions�
Establish connection�
