• Never move or lift a pump under pressure. If
dropped, the fluid section may rupture. Always
follow the
Pressure Relief Procedure, page
before moving or lifting the pump.

The pump is heavy. To prevent damage from
dropping, always use a lift to move the pump. Do
not use the manifolds to lift the pump. Use at least
two straps.

1. All pump models must be securely mounted
to the floor. Prior to securing, make
sure the mounting surface is flat and that
the pump base doesn't wobble. See
Dimensions (2150HS/3-A/PH Pumps), page
Dimensions (3000HS Flapper Pump), page
or
Dimensions (4000HS Flapper Pump), page
as appropriate.

To prevent pump damage, use all fasteners.
2. Secure the pump with screws through the
mounting bracket.
3. For ease of operation and service, mount the
pump so fluid inlet and fluid outlet ports are easily
accessible.
4. Attach the pump base to the mounting surface.
