When the frying plates (6, 7) heat up to the
required temperature, the light indicators
(15, 17) will glow green.
Press the power switch (1) button «
unplug the unit.
Wait until the frying plates (6, 7) cool down
completely, open the grill and remove the
remaining vegetable oil from the frying plates
(6, 7) with a paper napkin.
Note: While the first unit operation the heating
elements burn, therefore occurrence of a small
amount of smoke or foreign smell is possible. It is
normal and is not a sign of malfunction.
FOOD COOKING WITH THE GRILL
Place the grill on a flat, stable surface away
from sources of moisture, heat and open flame
and with free access to the mains socket.
Place the grill keeping at least a 20 cm gap
between the grill base and the wall and 30 cm
of space above the grill.
Do not place and do not use the grill near
highly inflammable materials or liquids and
objects subject to thermal deformation.
Use the unit in places with proper ventilation.
For easy draining of fat and juices from the
cooked products lift the lower part of the grill,
press on the middle part of the front support
legs (12) and turn them over.
Take the handle (8) and open the grill. Oil the
frying plates (6, 7) slightly and close the grill.
Make sure that the fat container (13) is
installed to its place.
Connect the power plug to the mains socket,
you will hear a sound signal and the power
switch button (1) «
Set the required heating temperature of the
frying plates (6, 7) (see the chapter «Before
the first use»).
Take the handle (8) and open the grill.
Carefully put the products on the lower frying
plate (6), avoid burns by possible splashes of
juice or fat dripping from the products.
You can use the unit as a griddle plate. To do
this take the upper frying plate (7) by the han-
dle (8), move it down on the products.
Attention! During the operation the frying plates
and the grill body (13) heat up strongly; do not
touch hot surfaces to avoid burns. Do not touch
the grill body (14) with bare hands. Use the ther-
mal protective kitchen accessories.
After the products are ready, lift the upper fry-
ing plate (7) by the handle (8).

Put the prepared products into an appropri-
ate dish; use wooden or heat-resistant plastic
kitchen tools to remove the products.
After you finish cooking, press the power
switch (1) button «
Before cleaning the grill wait until it cools
down completely.
Note: – Depending on the cooked products you
can set the upper frying plate (7) at some dis-
tance from the product. To do this, move the
stopper (10) to the required position relative to
the support (11) (pic. 1).
You can use the grill as a flat frying surface.
To do this, before connecting the power plug
to the mains socket, open the grill and lift the
upper frying plate (7) by the handle (8). Press
towards the handle and hold the stopper (10),
open the grill completely and use the han-
dle (8) as a support (pic. 2).
TIMER
After learning the grill better you will know the
cooking time of the products and will be able
to use the timer.
Set the required timer operation time with the
buttons (16) «+/-» from 1 to 99 minutes with
a setting step 1 minute. The timer operation
digital symbols (19) will be flashing.
Switch on and set the required heating tem-
perature of the frying plates (6, 7) by turning
and pressing the knobs (2, 3), the timer oper-
ation digital symbols (19) will glow constantly
and the countdown of the time remaining till
the grill switching off will start.
After the operation time is over, you will hear
sound signals and the grill will be switched off.
The symbols «- - -» will appear instead of the
digital symbols of the heating temperature of
the frying plates (18, 20).
ATTENTION!
Always install the fat container (13) during
cooking.
Do not open the grill while the frying plates (6,
7) are heating up. The frying plates (6, 7) heat
up quicker in closed position.
Be careful: the grill body (14) heats up strongly
during the operation. To avoid burns do not
touch hot surfaces, open the grill only by the
handle (8).
Be careful and beware of hot steam emission
from gaps between the frying plates (6 and 7).
