•
The unit is not intended for usage by physi-
cally or mentally disabled persons (including
children) or by persons lacking experience or
knowledge if they are not under supervision of
a person who is responsible for their safety or
if they are not instructed by this person on the
usage of the unit.
•
Do not leave children unattended to prevent
them from using the unit as a toy.
•
During operation and breaks between opera-
tion cycles, the unit should be placed out of
reach of children.
•
For children safety reasons do not leave poly-
ethylene bags, used as packaging, unat-
tended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with
polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger of
suffocation!
•
Periodically check the power cord and power
plug integrity.
•
Never use the unit if the power cord or the
power cord plug is damaged, if the unit works
improperly or after it was dropped.
•
Do not attempt to repair the unit. Do not disas-
semble the unit, if any malfunction is detected
or after it was dropped, unplug the unit and
apply to any authorized service center from
the contact address list given in the warranty
certificate and on the website www.vitek.ru.
•
Transport the unit in the original packaging
only.
•
Keep the unit out of reach of children and dis-
abled persons.

ONLY, ITS COMMERCIAL USAGE AND USAGE
IN PRODUCTION AREAS AND WORK SPACES IS
PROHIBITED.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
In case of the unit transportation or stor-
age under cold (winter) conditions, it is nec-
essary to keep it for at least three hours at
room temperature.
Before switching the unit on for the first time,
make sure that the mains voltage corresponds to
the voltage specified on the unit body.
Unpack the press grill and remove all package
materials, wipe the grill body (14) with a slightly
damp cloth and then wipe it dry.
Place the grill keeping at least a 20 cm gap
–
between the grill base and the wall and 30 cm
of space above the grill.

Move the stopper between the frying plates (10)
–
towards the handle (8) until bumping.
Take the handle (8) and open the grill.
–
Wipe the frying plates (6, 7, 21) with a slightly
–
damp cloth and then wipe them dry.
Install the required frying plates (6, 7 or 21).
–
To do this, press the lock button (5) and
remove the lower frying plate (6), similarly
press the button (9) and remove the upper
frying plate (7).
To install the frying plates (6, 7 or 21) insert
–
the rear part of the frying plate into the lock,
then press on the front part of the frying plate
until the lock (5 and 9) clicking. Make sure that
the frying plates (6, 7) are fixed properly.
Before using the grill apply some vegeta-
–
ble oil on the non-stick coating of the fry-
ing plates (6, 7 or 21), spread the oil over the
whole surface and wipe the surplus oil with a
paper napkin.
Connect the power plug to the mains socket,
–
you will hear a sound signal and the power
switch button (1) «
Notes: - power switch button (1) «
setting buttons (16) «+/-» are sensory, you just
have to touch the buttons (1, 16) to switch the
grill on/off and set the timer operation.
Press the power switch button (1) «
–
the temperature/timer setting panel (4) will
light up.
Press the on/off/lower plate temperature set-
–
ting knob (2) and turn the knob (2) to set the
required operation temperature of the lower
frying plate (6). The frying plate (6) tempera-
ture will be indicated with the digital symbols
(20) within the range from 60°С to 230°С, with
a setting step 10°С.
During the frying plate heating (6) the indica-
–
tor (15) will glow red. When the frying plate (6)
reaches the required temperature, the indica-
tor (15) will glow green. Set the maximal heat-
ing temperature of the lower frying plate (6)
230°С.
The temperature setting procedure for the
–
upper frying plate (7) is similar to the lower
frying plate (6) temperature setting. Set the
upper frying plate (7) temperature by press-
ing and turning the knob (3), the upper frying
plate (7) temperature will be indicated with
digital symbols (18) and the heating process
or reaching the required temperature with the
indicator (17). Set the maximal heating tem-
perature of the upper frying plate (7) 230°С.
