The StopLiveVideo function stops live mode and freezes the frame in the system
memory of the PC. The return behavior of the function is controlled via the Wait
parameter. You can select between the modes of 'returns immediately' and 'waits until
the last image is fully captured.' In the former case, digitization of the image is
