activates the flash/strobe. Triggering can be activated or deactivated
SetFlashStrobe
with the Mode parameter here. In addition, the active level (high or low) can be set. By
default, the strobe is high active. The constants
allow the strobe output to be used as a digital output. The flash
IS_SET_FLASH_LOW
output only works in triggered mode.
