SetFlashDelay

allows you to set a period by which flash activation is delayed. In
SetFlashDelay
addition, you can set the duration of the flash. This allows a global flash function to be
implemented with which all lines of a rolling shutter sensor are exposed.
If the value 0 is passed for
activate the flash with a delay and deactivate it at the end of an image, you can pass 0
for the flash duration (Duration).
