Emergency Message Situation & Measures
y Unable to charge due to a problem with the
battery
1. When charging, disconnect the robot
from the power cable first.
2. If it's not a battery temperature issue,
Turn off the battery switch, then turn it on
again after 10 minutes.
3. If the problem persists, contact
customer service.
