MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES
2. Remove the cooling system pres-
sure cap.

1. Pressure cap
3. Unscrew coolant drain plug and
drain the coolant into a suitable con-
tainer.
NOTE: Do not unscrew the coolant
drain plug completely.

2. Water pump cover
3. Coolant drain plug
4. Disconnect the lower radiator hose
and drain the remaining coolant into
a suitable container.
NOTE: Take note of the position of the
hose clamp on the lower radiator hose
at the radiator.

1. Lower radiator hose to disconnect
5. Drain cooling system completely.
6. Reinstall cooling system drain plug
and tighten to specification.

7. Reinstall radiator hose and hose
clamp as noted prior to removal.

Cooling System Bleeding
1. Remove the pressure cap.
2. Fill coolant system until it is full up to
the Max line on the coolant tank.
