Operational conditions
The system must be installed in the plant or factory and the following operational
conditions must be satisfied.
1. Physical security boundary
2. Entry and exit control
3. Protection of the system from environmental damage
4. Requirement for employees to comply with security policy
5. Protection of connection
6. Maintenance of equipment assets
7. Monitoring and alarm procedures
8. Procedures to upgrade, remove and dispose the system

Establish a physical security boundary so that only authorized personnel can
work on the system.
Appropriate entry and exit control shall be carried out personally or
systematically at each barrier or boundary.
The system is protected from environmental damage due to threats such as
fire, water, smoke, dust, radiation, corrosion and shocks.
Employees (workers) shall comply with the enforcement procedures and
methods of established user security policies that include these operational
conditions.
All connections under the control of the organization shall be protected
against tampering and damage.
All equipment systems including supplementary environmental equipment
shall be maintained to guarantee proper operation.
Monitoring procedures shall be established. And human or systematic
warning procedures shall be established when physical or environmental
security is compromised.
Procedures to upgrade, remove and dispose the system shall be
established and audited.
