OPERATOR MANUAL
MACHINE SET UP & INSTALLATION
Be sure and check packing carton for any damage. Immediately report any damage to carrier.
Check the contents of package to ensure that the following items are included:
• Machine,
• Lithium-ion Batteries,
• Squeegee assembly.
Uncrate the wooden box, place the top board on the edge of pallet, lay it in the front of the machine
Installing Batteries (for i-Synergy machines only)
The machine uses Lithium-ion batteries, the batteries are already in the machine upon delivery; however you
will need to connect the Lithium-ion batteries to the machine.
1. Open recovery tank to gain access to bat-
tery compartment.
2. Place the battery brace at the
rear of the batteries.

Fire or Explosion Hazard.
Keep sparks and open flames away!
Keep battery compartment open when charging.

3. Plug the batteries connector to the ma-
chine adaptor, connect machine i-Synergy
COM port with the batteries. (See Fig, 1
and 2)
