Some faults are not caused by the Wallbox, but by compatibility to the electric vehicle or by
settings activated in the electric vehicle.
Check the settings in the electric vehicle if a fault has occurred. The user can define the
charging time, for example, in the settings of the electric vehicle. For safety reasons, such
settings overwrite all commands in the Wallbox and end the charging process. Adapt the
settings in your electric vehicle.
