5.4 Managing and using RFID
Using RFID
With RFID cards, you authenticate yourself to start or end a charging process. The procedure
is described in section Charging (Page 52).
The supplied RFID User cards are not released. The next section describes the management of
the RFID User cards.
Alternatively, authentication via Modbus controller or OCPP server is possible. Authentication
can also be disabled in this way.

For authentication, the Wallbox has an integrated RFID reader that is activated ex works. The
