HOW TO ASSEMBLE A 120⁰
BENCH SURFACE
Recommended Tools
Hardware Needed
¼-20 x ½" PHP #10 x 7/8 PHP Screw
Machine Screw
NOTE: All screws provided must be
installed for proper installation and
compliance with product warranty.

1. Position and secure metal stretchers to the triangular base so that they are flush
along the top and centered horizontally using the ¼-20 x ½" machine screws
provided. Repeat for each side (Figure 1)
2. Slide the extrusions on the end support frame into the metal stretchers and secure
with the ¼-20 x ½" machine screws as shown. Repeat for each side (Figure 2 & 3)

3. Attach the aluminum rails
so that it is flush with the
outside of the frame using the
¼-20 x ½" machine screws
provided as shown. Repeat for
each side (Figure 4 & 5)
