Step 1
You will need
4 x Short Bolts
(H1)
1 x Allen Key
(H3)
Insert 4 x
short
bolts (H1) into the bottom holes of the headboard (P1) and footboard (P2) using
the allen key (H3). Do not fully tighten the bolts and leave a gap of 5mm as shown.
Step 2
You will need
4 x Short Bolts
(H1)
M6x20
1 x Allen Key
(H3)
4 x Long Bolts
(H2)
M6x60
6 x Hex Nuts
(H4)
1 x Spanner
(H5)
2 x Larger Medium
Bolts
(H8)

Attach the 2 x side rails (P3) to the headboard (P1) and footboard (P2).
Slot the side rails onto the bolts as shown and insert 4 x short bolts (H1) into the top holes
with the allen key (H3).
Attach the 2 x cross bars (P4 ) onto the 2 x side rails (P3) using 4 x long bolts (H2) and
4 x hex nuts (H4). Ensure the holes on the centre of the 2 x cross bars (P4) faces downwards.
Attach the cross bar (P7 ) onto the 2 x side rails (P3) using 2 x Larger Medium bolts
(H8) and 2 x hex nuts (H4). Ensure the holes on the centre of the cross bar (P7) faces
upwards.
Tighten with the allen key (H3) and spanner (H5) as shown. Now fully tighten all bolts.
