    Assembly checklist Read through the instructions carefully Make sure you have all the required tools. before you begin. Never use power tools unless instructed. Unless instructed, do not fully tighten screws Identify and lay out all of the components before you begin assembly . until the item is fully assembled.

  • Page 5 Step 1 You will need (P1) 4 x Short Bolts (H1) (P2) 1 x Allen Key (H3) (H1) Insert 4 x short bolts (H1) into the bottom holes of the headboard (P1) and footboard (P2) using the allen key (H3). Do not fully tighten the bolts and leave a gap of 5mm as shown. Step 2 (H3) (H2)
  • Page 6 Step 3 (P7) (P6) You will need (P4) 4 x Short Bolts (H1) (P6) M6x20 1 x Allen Key (H3) (P6) (P4) 1 x Larger Medium Bolt (P7) (H8) M6x45 1 x Hex Nuts (P4) (H4) 1 x Spanner ( H5 ) Secure the centre rail (P6) to the 2 x cross bars (P4) with 4 x short bolts (H1), tighten with the allen key (H3).
  • Page 7 Step 5 You will need: (P8) 30 x Plastic Slat Caps (P10) (P8) (P9) 15 x Centre Plastic Slat Caps (P10) (P9) 30 x Slats (P8) (P10) Attach 2 x plastic caps (P8), 2 slats (P10) and 1 x centre plastic slat cap (P9) together as shown. Repeat for the other slats (P10).
