    Assembly checklist Read through the instructions carefully Ma ke sure you have all the required tools. before you begin. Never use power tools unless instructed. Unless instructed, do not fully tighten screws Identify and lay out all of the components before you begin assembly .

  • Page 5 Step 1 You will need (P1) 4 x Short Bolts (H1) (P2) 1 x Allen Key (H3) (H1) Insert 4 x short bolts (H1) into the bottom holes of the headboard (P1) and footboard (P2) using the allen key (H3). Do not fully tighten the bolts and leave a gap of 5mm as shown. Step 2 (H3) (H2)

  • Page 7 Step 5 You will need (P6) 12 x Metal Washers ( H7 ) 1 x Allen Key (P5) ( H3 ) 6 x Medium Bolts (H6) M6x40 6 x Hex Nuts (H4) (P6) (P5) (P5) 1 x Spanner ( H5 ) (P5) Attach the 3 x support legs (P5) to the centre rail (P6) with 6 x medium bolts (H6) 12 x metal washers and 6 x hex nuts (H4).

    Step 7 Lower the slat (P9) with the end connectors (P8) to the side rails (P3). Ensure the plastic slat caps are in place over the side rail holes and apply downward pressure until the plastic slat caps are fully inserted into the rails. Repeat for every bed slat until finished. Step 8 IMPORTANT: Fully tighten all bolts on bed.
