    Assembly checklist Read through the instructions carefully Ma ke sure you have all the required tools. before you begin. Never use power tools unless instructed. Unless instructed, do not fully tighten screws Identify and lay out all of the components before you begin assembly .

    What you need to assemble the product Head oard Upper (P2) Box 2: 1 x Back Guardrail (P5); 1 x Front Guardrail (P6); 1 x Front Side Rail (P7); 1 x Back Side Rail (P8); 1 x Ladder (P10); Box 3: 6 x Mesh Panels (P9).
  • Page 5 Step 1 Attach the back guard rail (P5) and front guard rail (P6) to 3 x mesh panels (P9) with 12 x hort bolts (H1) and 12 x hex nuts (H4), tighten with allen key (H5) as shown.   • Page 6 Step 3 You will need Bolts M6x20 (H2) Insert 4 x bolts (H2) into the bottom holes of the headboard/footboard upper (P1 & P2) using the allen key (H5). Do not fully tighten the bolts and leave a gap of 5mm as shown. Step 4 You will need M6x20...
  • Page 7 Step 5 You will need M6x20 (H5) Attach the 2 x headboard/footboard lower (P3) to the front side rail (P7) and back side rail (P8) onto the lower bolts first then insert 4 x medium bolts (H2) into the top holes with the allen key (H5).
  • Page 8 Step 7 (H2) (H2) (H5) Note: Postion of hole for ladder First slot on the 4 x mid posts (P4) onto the posts of the headboard/footboard lower panels (P3). Insert 8 x bolts (H2) into the mid post an tighten with the allen key (H5).

    Step 9 IMPORTANT: Fully tighten all bolts on bed. Periodically check to ensure all bolts remain tight. Note: In the future if you require two single beds, the bunk can be disassembled. Remember to remove the mid posts (P4) from the bottom bed and insert the spare leg plastic pads (H6) as shown.
