lation place (4) (pic. 15) and turn it counterclock-
wise until fixed (pic. 16).
Insert one of the attachments (17, 18, 19) into the
vegetable slicer body (16) until bumping (pic. 17).
Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
Switch the unit on by setting the switches (7 and
8) to the position «ON» (switched on).
During the operation use only the pusher (15)
(pic. 18) supplied with the unit; do not use any
other objects to push vegetables, never push
vegetables with your fingers.
After you finish operating, switch the unit off by
setting the switch (7) to the position «0» and
unplug the unit; only after that can you remove the
vegetable slicer (16).
To remove the vegetable slicer (16), press the
lock button (5), turn the vegetable slicer (16)
clockwise and remove it.
Remove the installed attachment (17, 18 or 19)
from the vegetable slicer (16).
Wash the removable parts in warm water with a
neutral detergent. Rinse and dry.
Making sausages
– Prepare minced meat.
– Press the meat grinder head lock button (5),
insert the meat grinder head (3) to the installation
place (4) (pic. 1) and turn the meat grinder head
(3) counterclockwise until bumping (pic. 1, 2).
– Install the screw (10) into the meat grinder head
(3) body (pic. 3).
– Install the crossed blade (9) (pic. 4).
– Select one of the plates (11, 13 or 14) and set it
over the blade (9) (pic. 5), matching the ledges
on the grate with the grooves on the meat
grinder head body (3), install the attachment
(21), install the nut (12) above it and tighten the
nut (pic. 11).
– Install the food tray (2).
– Put the minced meat on the food tray (2).
– Use natural sausage casing for sausage making,
having put it beforehand into a bowl with warm
water for 10 minutes.
– Pull softened casing on the attachment (21) and
make a knot on the tip.
– Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
– Switch the meat grinder on by setting the switches
(7 and 8) to the position «ON» (switched on).
– Use the pusher (1) to pull down the minced meat,
as the casing is filled, slide it off the selected
attachment (21), and wet it as the casing dries.
– After you finish operating, switch the meat grinder
off, pressing the switch (7) button "0" (switched
off), and unplug the unit; after that you can dis-
assemble it.
– To remove the meat grinder head (3), press the
lock button (5), turn the meat grinder head (3)
clockwise and remove it.
– To disassemble the meat grinder head, unscrew
the nut (12) and take out the sausage attach-
ment (21), the installed plate (11, 12 or 13), the
crossed blade (9) and the screw (10) from the
meat grinder head body.
Using "kebbe" attachment
Kebbe is a traditional Middle Eastern dish cooked of
lamb meat, wheat flour and spices chopped together
to prepare the base for hollow rolls. The rolls are filled
and deep fried.
You can make different delicacies trying various fill-
ings. Prepare meat for the casing.
– Press the meat grinder head lock button (5),
insert the meat grinder head (3) to the installa-
tion place (4) and turn the meat grinder head (3)
counterclockwise until bumping (pic. 1, 2).
– Install the screw (10) into the neat grinder head
(3) body, install the kebbe attachment (20) on
the screw (pic. 8) and the kebbe attachment (20)
fastener, install the meat grinder head nut (12) on
the fastener (20) (pic. 9), and screw it clockwise.
– Install the food tray (2) (pic. 10).
– Put the prepared casing base on the food tray (2).
– Insert the power cord plug into the mains socket.
– Switch the meat grinder on by setting the switches
(7 and 8) to the position «ON» (switched on).
– Use the pusher (1) to push the meat for the casing.
– Cut off rolls of the required length.
– After you finish operating, switch the meat grinder
off, pressing the switch (7) button «0» (switched
off) and unplug the unit; only after that you can
disassemble it.
– To remove the meat grinder head (3), press the
lock button (5), turn the meat grinder head (3)
clockwise and remove it.
– To disassemble the meat grinder head, unscrew
the nut (12) and take out the installed kebbe
attachment (20) and the screw (10) from the meat
grinder head body.
RECIPE
Filling
Lamb meat 100 g
Olive oil 1,5 table spoon
Onion (minced) 1,5 table spoon
Spice to taste
Salt 1/4 tea spoon
Flour 1 table spoon or 1/2 table spoon
Mince the lamb meat once or twice.
Fry onion in oil until it gets gold color, and then
add minced lamb meat, spice, salt and flour.
Casing
Lean meat 450 g
Flour 150-200 g
Spice 1 tea spoon (to taste)
Nutmeg 1 pc.
