3.5 LED Indicators

LAN LEDs
Thirteen LAN ports (LAN1-LAN13) are located on the I/O front panel. Each LAN port has two
LEDs. The yellow LED indicates activity, while the other Link LED may be green, amber, or
off to indicate the speed of the connection. Refer to the tables below for more information.
Onboard Power LED
The Onboard Power LED is located at LED1 on the motherboard. When this LED is on, the
system is on. Be sure to turn off the system and unplug the power cord before removing or
installing components. Refer to the table below for more information.
BMC Heartbeat LED
BMC_HB_LED1 is the BMC heartbeat LED. When the LED is blinking green, BMC is
functioning normally. See the table below for the LED status.
