Damaged cuvettes can break during the digestion process. Do not use cuvettes that are
damaged or were dropped. Make sure that the cuvettes are not damaged before inserting
them into the heating block.
Prepare the sample according to the instructions in the package insert and the pictogram
instructions (Figure 14).

13.2 Insert cuvettes

Contaminated cuvettes can damage the heating block. Clean the outside of the
cuvette before inserting it into the bores of the heating block.
