Malfunction

Printout is unclear or has stains.

Reason

Print head or platen roller is dirty.

Media does not meet the

requirement.

Print darkness is too low.

Media is not installed correctly.

Solution

Clean the print head or platen roller.

Use recommended media.

Increase print darkness.

Install label/paper roll correctly.
