Appendix A Defective Pixel Map Download
1.
Create the Defective Pixel Map data in Microsoft Excel format as shown in the left picture below and save
as a CSV file (*.csv). The picture in the right shows the created Excel file opened in Notepad. The following
rules need to be applied when creating the file.
Lines beginning with ':' or '—' are treated as notes.
Each row is produced in the order of the horizontal and vertical coordinate values.
The input sequence of pixel is irrelevant.
2.
Run Vieworks Imaging Solution 6.X and click the Configure button to display the window as shown below.
Select the Defect tab, click the File Path button, search and select the defective pixel map file (*.csv), and
then click the Download button.
