4-3-5 "Fill Unused With" Function

The "Fill Unused With" function is used to determine the data that is placed in any unused
space in the buffer once the users data file has been loaded (the data file may not be
contiguous). Leaving this option unchecked will preserve whatever information is already in
the buffer.
