ADJUSTMENTS

Tension Control Knob
Adjusting the Tension Control Knob
To increase the tension, turn the Tension Control Knob in a clockwise direction.
To decrease the tension, turn the Tension Control Knob in a counterclockwise direction.
Incline Adjuster

Adjusting the Incline Adjuster
There are three incline angles that the Incline Adjuster can be set to. Place one hand on
the rear end of the main frame, then lift the rear end of the main frame up and use your other
hand to adjust the Incline Adjuster to the desired position.
