in Spectral-Doppler mode:

1. Press the [Calc] key on the control panel.
The Cardiac calculations menu appears in the menu area.
2. Select [PAP] and [VPD] or [VTD] in the menu.
3. If necessary, select the [Angle] and the [Baseline].
4. Perform the measurement by using the trackball and the right or
left trackball key [Set].
