1. Begin by opening all packaged items and inspecting them for damage or missing items. Contact the company you purchased the item from if there are any concerns. 2. Once all items are opened, remove the front rail for the Trail Rail Management System if applicable. 3.

4. Install the lower support. The lower support has two holes on each side. The front hole with the factory threaded hole in the bed is required, the second hole that is through bolted is optional for tires larger than 40”. 5.

6. Install the main carrier onto the passenger side mount by slipping the main tube over the passenger mount tube. Then place the driver side mount into the main carrier tube and place it on the bed mounts and secure into place. 7.

8. With the carrier locked in the up position, install the two gas shocks as shown. These are very heavy shocks that cannot be compressed by hand. 9. Lastly install the tire mount as shown. Once secured, you can install you wheel and tire combination.

10. Install the tire faced up on the post. Then place the rubber cone, round plate, and finally the screw handle. NOTE: For 0+ offset wheels or 13.50”+ tires, you may need to flip over the tire and wheel to allow for proper fitment.
