DRAM Timing Control
This item allows you to select the value in this field, depending on
whether the board using which kind of DDR DRAM.
Ø The Choice: Auto or Manual.
RAS to CAS Delay(tRCD)
Ø The Choice: 2T, 3T, 4T or 5T.
Precharge Time(tRP)
Ø The Choice: 2T, 3T, 4T or 5T.
RAS Active Time(tRAS)
Ø The Choice: 4T~15T.
Write Recovery Time(tWR)
Ø The Choice: 1T~6T.
DDR2 Additive Latency(tAL)
Ø The Choice: 0T~4T.
Performance Mode
This item allows you to enable/disable the performance mode.
Ø The Choice: Enabled, or Disabled.
System BIOS Cacheable
Selecting Enabled allows caching for the system BIOS ROM at F0000h-
FFFFFh, resulting in better system performance. However, if any program
is written to this memory area, a system error may result.
Ø The Choice: Enabled or Disabled.
Video RAM Cacheable
Selecting Enabled allows caching of the video RAM, resulting in better
system performance. However, if any program is written to this memory
area, a sysem error may result.
Ø The Choice: Enabled or Disabled.
Memory Hole at 15M-16M
You can reserve this area of system memory for ISA adapter ROM. When
this area is reserved, it cannot be cached. The user information of periph-
erals that need to use this area of system memory ususlly discusses their
memory requirements.
