JP2 provides LVDS backlight control selection function, closing Pin 1, 2 is for 3.3V
and closing Pin 2, 3 is for 5V.

JP3 provides LVDS voltage selection function, Closing Pin 1 and Pin 2 is for 3.3V
LVDS power input; closing Pin 2 and Pin 3 is for 5V LVDS power input.
