Logging out is performed by pressing the Exit button on the touch sensitive display or pres-
sing Cancel Esc on the POS keyboard or its PC keyboard equivalent until the login dialogue
appears. If the compulsory login is turned off, pressing Exit button returns to the Mode se-
lection dialogue.
ECR mode selection

The Mode selection menu offers six modes to choose from. The selection can be made using
either POS or PC keyboard or by simply pressing the corresponding icon on the display.
Tap the selected icon on the display or select the icon using Tab keys (selected icon has got a
thicker rim) and press Space.
Registration mode is used to register sales and transactions.
Programming mode is used to programme all the values and functions of the unit. It is acti-
vated by pressing the programming mode icon.
X reports serve to display or print the sale overview. They do not clear the data and the X
report icon activates them.
Z reports print all kinds of sales overviews and clear the data. They are activated by pressing
the respective icon.
Training mode is used to train new cashiers. Fiscal operations performed in this mode are not
recorded into memory and do not appear in reports.
