9 Troubleshooting and Maintenance

Generally, the inverter will be reconnected to
the grid after the grid recovers. If the alarm
occurs frequently:
1. Measure the grid voltage, and contact the
local utility grid company for solutions if the
grid voltage is below the specified value.
2. Check, through the App, whether the
protection parameters are appropriately set.
3. Check whether the AC cable is firmly in
place.
4. If the alarm persists, contact SUNGROW.
Generally, the inverter will be reconnected to
the grid after the grid recovers. If the alarm
occurs frequently, contact SUNGROW.
