The rated (nominal) values can be found on the type plate.
Nominal input data relate to:
an ambient temperature of -20 °C to 40 °C
maximum temperature of the medium 40 °C
continuous operation S1 and
rated supply voltage
The connecting cables are designed for rated operation
where they are:
separately routed,
permanently submerged and/or attached to surfaces
and/or passing through air, and
at a maximum ambient temperature of 40 °C
If the routing and/or ambient temperature of the connec-
ting cables differs from this, the standards and regulations
applicable at the installation site must be observed.
If the type of operation and/or rated power supply is dif-
ferent, the tolerances specified in EN 60034 must be ob-
served and the installation adjusted in accordance with
the standards and regulations applicable at the installation
site.
Note:
Conditions at the installation site must conform to all de-
tails on the rating plate.
In the case of uncertainty, the manufacturer must be
consulted before commissioning.
3.3.2. Motor
The asynchronous motor consists of a stator and the
motor shaft with the rotor package. The power supply
cable is designed for the maximum mechanical load and
is sealed against water pressure from the pumped liquid
according to the characteristic or type plate of the pump.
The cable entries as well as the line are sealed pressure
waterproof against the conveying medium. The shaft is
stored via robust, maintenance-free and permanently lu-
bricated rolling bearings.
The pump type TP30... is also available in explosion-proof
version according to ATEX EX II 2 G EExd.

Temperature Sensors
In the ex version, the pumps are equipped with a tem-
perature sensor set in the motor windings, on request
temperature sensors can also be supplied for the normal
version. In the case of 1Phasen Motors in normal version,
the temperature sensors (if installed) are connected inter-
nally in the motor, so no special connection is necessary.
After cooling, the motor will automatically switch on again.
The explosion-protected versions (1Phase and 3Phasen)
also have a temperature sensor set, which is connected
via the wire end T1 and T2 of the connection cable so that
after triggering a manual reset is required. Self-holding ex-
probes are installed instead of the standard sensor, i.e. in
the case of a series circuit for protection these can be re-
set by separating the pump from the mains (plug or main
switch) and waiting for the cooling off.
The temperature sensor set must be connected to the
switchgear in such a way that it switches off when it is
overheated.

Check of Direction of Rotation
All pumps have the correct direction of rotation when
connected to a right spin (U, V, W-> L1, L2, L3). HOMA
Switching devices Check the network for right spin. If
there is no right spine, the red LED will light. Two phases
must be exchanged at the input of the switching device.
For smaller pumps the control can be controlled by ob-
serving the start-jerk. To do this, place the pump vertically
on the ground slightly on the edge and switch it on briefly.
Seen from above, the pump jerks slightly counterclock-
wise when the direction of rotation is correct. The correct
direction of rotation of the pump is given when the pump
moves counter-clockwise as the motor starts clockwise
from the top.

The direction of rotation
