    4. Disassembling Front panel and controller board 1) Open the door 2) Remove the screws(red circle). 3) Insert a tool(ex. Driver) into inside(blue circle) 4) Pull the tool to open the front panel. 5) Remove 7 screws that fix the controller board. 6) Remove 3 screws that fix the board bracket if needed.

    4.2 Door Assembly Remove the screws and detach the door bottom. Disassemble the shaft and springs that couples the door and case top. Disassembe the door assy.

    4.3 Motor cover & Chamber 1) Remove the screws(red circle) 2) Disassemble the motor cover. 3) Disassemble the Chamber.

    4.4 Door Lock Assembly 1) Remove the front panel. 2) Detach the connectors of solenoid and door sensor from the main board. 3) Remove the three screws(red circle) to detach the board bracket. 4) Remove the 4ea of M5x10 screws at the door lock assembly 5) If needed, door sensor or solenoid can be replaced.

    4.6 Anti-vibration rubber 1) Remove 3 ea of nuts from the motor bracket. 2) Disassemble the motor bracket. 3) If needed, disassemble the anti-vibration rubber assy to replace them. 4.7 Imbalance sensor assembly 1) Remove the 2 screws. 2) Disassemble the imbalance sensor bracket assy. 3) Remove the 4 screws.

    5. Service Mode and Adjustment <Ver 1> 5.1 Transition into service mode On the Control panel 1) Power ON 2) Push the UP( ) key during 5 seconds. 3) When beep sounds push the DOWN( ) key 5.2 Handling values 1) Confirm the set values with left side Up/Down key.

The normal value of imbalance sensor lies between 70 and 100.  If it lies between 70 and 100, the sensor position is fine. The adjustment to align the sensor position is not needed.

    5.4 Door lock ass’y adjustment By some reason when the door does not fit, so it does not open or close normally, the Door lock ass’y can be adjusted.(position moved). 1) Detach the front panel and the main and I/O board bracket. 2) Loosen the screws that fix the Door lock.(red line) 3) Reposition the Door lock 4) Fasten the screws.

    6.2 Troubleshooting If other malfunctions without error code indication occur, turn off the power immediately. Then identify the causes and carry out the corrective action as indicated below. If the device stops due to the error indication, it cannot be restarted until error is cleared. After the problem is fixed, restart the device to check if the error occurs again.
