This section is used to configure the parameters of USB device.

Legacy USB Support
Enabled
Enables legacy USB.
Auto
Disables support for legacy when no USB devices are connected.
Disabled
Keeps USB devices available only for EFI applications.
EHCI Hand-off
This is a workaround for OSes that does not support EHCI hand-off. The EHCI owner-
ship change should be claimed by the EHCI driver.
USB transfer time-out
The time-out value for Control, Bulk and Interrupt transfers.

Device reset time-out
Selects the USB mass storage device to start unit the commanded time-out.
Device power-up delay
Maximum time the device will take before it properly reports itself to the Host
Controller. "Auto" uses default value: it is 100 ms for a Root port, and for a Hub port
the delay is taken from the Hub descriptor.
